A través de este aviso legal, se pretende regular el acceso y uso a su sitio web, a los eventos, la inscripción y pago, así como la relación entre Tenerife Tango y sus usuarios. En caso de litigio legal, ambas partes se someten a los tribunales y legislación de Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

This legal notice is intended to regulate the access and use of its website, events, registration and payment, as well as the relationship between Tenerife Tango and its users. In case of legal dispute, both parties submit to the courts and legislation of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

2.- CONDICIONES WEB

• El simple acceso a este sitio web no supone entablar ningún tipo de relación comercial entre www.tenerifetango.com y el usuario.

• El acceso y la navegación en este sitio web supone aceptar y conocer las advertencias legales, condiciones y términos de uso contenidas en ella.

• Tenerife Tango informa y garantiza expresamente a los usuarios que sus datos personales no serán cedidos en ningún caso a terceras compañías, y que siempre que fuera a realizarse algún tipo de cesión de datos personales, de forma previa, se solicitaría el consentimiento expreso, informado, e inequívoco por parte de los titulares.

• El participante podrá darse de baja de cualquiera de los servicios de suscripción facilitados remitiendo una solicitud expresa a tenerifetangoeventos@gmail.com.

• Del mismo modo, el prestador ha adoptado todas las medidas técnicas y de organización necesarias para garantizar la seguridad e integridad de los datos de carácter personal que trate, así como para evitar su pérdida, alteración y/o acceso por parte de terceros no autorizados.

2.- WEB CONDITIONS

• Tenerife Tango expressly informs and guarantees users that their personal data will not be transferred under any circumstances to third party companies, and that whenever any type of transfer of personal data is to be carried out, the express, informed and unequivocal consent of the owners will be requested beforehand.

• The participant may unsubscribe from any of the subscription services provided by sending an express request to tenerifetangoeventos@gmail.com.

• Likewise, the provider has adopted all the technical and organisational measures necessary to guarantee the security and integrity of the personal data processed, as well as to avoid its loss, alteration and/or access by unauthorised third parties.

3.- CONDICIONES DE LOS EVENTOS

• La organización se reserva el derecho de cambiar cualquier actividad, modificar horarios o precios, si lo considera necesario para mejorar la calidad del evento, o ante imprevistos de urgente necesidad.

• La organización se reserva el derecho de admisión, especialmente ante faltas y altercados, presentes o pasados, con otros participantes, terceros o la propia organización, o en estados de embriaguez, etc.

• No se permite la inscripción al evento de menores de edad sin sus padres o tutores legales

• No se permite el uso de cámaras, o cualquier otro tipo de dispositivo de imagen con fines comerciales o profesionales no autorizados.

• No se permite el uso de talco o productos similares que modifiquen las condiciones de deslizamiento en la pista de baile, sin el permiso expreso de la organización.

• La aceptación de la entrada al evento online o presencial, lleva implícita el poder grabar su imagen para la difusión en las redes sociales de la organización.

• Ciertas sociedades, clubes, y otros locales donde se realizan los eventos, se reservan el derecho de admisión, según la etiqueta de su propia normativa interna para eventos de gala y de acceso general a sus instalaciones, especialmente en materia de acceso a menores de edad.

• La falta grave de los artículos anteriores pueden acarrear la expulsion del evento sin posibilidad a reclamación alguna.

• Si hubiera listas de esperas, para eventos, milongas, clases, clases particulares, etc están priorizadas por tres criterios: inscripciones "válidas" según el apartado siguiente, orden de inscripción e ingreso total de la inscripción.

• Los seguidores (followers) que se inscriban de manera individual serán añadidos automáticamente a una lista de espera. La organización se encargará solo de emparejar a los inscritos según el orden de inscripción.

• Es importante aclarar que la organización no se responsabiliza de buscar pareja para los líderes y seguidores; únicamente se encargará de realizar los emparejamientos según el orden de inscripción. 

• La inscripción es personal e intransferible, y se prohíbe su reventa.

• Bajo ningún concepto, la organización no se hace responsable de la compra de billetes y habitaciones de hoteles sin una confirmación de plaza en el evento por parte de la misma.

• 3.- CONDITIONS OF THE EVENTS

• The organisation reserves the right to change any activity, modify timetables or prices, if it considers it necessary to improve the quality of the event, or in the event of unforeseen circumstances of urgent necessity.

• The organisation reserves the right of admission, especially in the case of faults and altercations, present or past, with other participants, the organisation itself, drunkenness, etc.

• Minors are not allowed to register for the event without their parents or legal guardians

• The use of cameras or any other type of imaging device for unauthorised commercial or professional purposes is not permitted.

• The use of talcum powder or similar products that modify the sliding conditions on the dance floor is not permitted without the express permission of the organisers.

• The acceptance of the entry to the event online or in person, implies the possibility of recording your image for dissemination on the social networks of the organization.

• Certain societies, clubs, and other venues where events are held, reserve the right of admission, according to the etiquette of their own internal regulations for gala events and general access to their facilities, especially in terms of access to minors.

• Serious violations of the above articles may result in expulsion from the event without any right to appeal.

• If there are waiting lists for events, milongas, classes, private lessons, etc., they are prioritised according to three criteria: ‘valid’ registrations according to the following section, order of registration and total registration fee.

• Supporters who register individually will be automatically added to a waiting list. The organisation will be in charge of matching the registrations according to the order of registration. It is important to clarify that the organisation is not responsible for finding partners for leaders and supporters; it will only be responsible for pairing them up according to the order of registration.

• Registration is personal and non-transferable, and resale is prohibited.

• Furthermore, the organisation is not responsible for the purchase of tickets and hotels without prior confirmation from the organisation.

4.- CONDICIONES DE INSCRIPCIÓN Y PAGO

• Los formularios son individuales: SOLO se permite un formulario por persona.

• Una vez enviada la inscripción recibirá en los próximos diez días como máximo, un email con las instrucciones de pago por parte de la organización.

• La inscripción solo se considerará "válida" si se realiza el ingreso en las siguientes dos semanas a la recepción del email con las instrucciones de pago. Si no se hubiera abonado, la inscripción quedará automáticamente anulada tras ese límite.

• La inscripción online estará abierta hasta alcanzar el lleno (Sold out) o una semana antes del inicio del evento en caso de no alcanzarse.

• Tras esa fecha y si no se hubiese alcanzado el LLENO, se podrán comprar entradas individuales directamente en la mesa de recepción, si hubiera plazas disponibles y según la lista de espera.

4.- REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS

• The forms are individual: ONLY one form per person is allowed.

• Once the registration form has been sent, you will receive an email with the payment instructions from the organisation within the next ten days at the latest.

• The registration will only be considered ‘valid’ if payment is made within two weeks of receiving the email with payment instructions. If payment has not been made, the registration will be automatically cancelled after this deadline.

• Online registration will be open until full (Sold out) or one week before the start of the event if it is not reached.

• After that date and if the FULL capacity has not been reached, individual tickets can be purchased directly at the reception desk, if places are available and according to the waiting list.
